We are honored to welcome Sgt. Maj. Jarvis V. Rosier, Sr., U.S. Army (Ret.), Chair of the John G. Riley Foundation and member of the Riley Museum Advisory Council. His talk, “The United States Colored Troops (USCT): African Americans’ Fight for Freedom During the Civil War (1861–1865)” will spotlight the courage and resilience of Black Union soldiers whose service helped shape the course of American history.
